The hairy thing in the foreground is tall fleabane, the vine behind it is Marsdenia rostrata. It would be a lot easier to ID your sightings if you found flowering specimens Meena! Some plants are easy to do on general appearance, some have lots of look-alikes. Generally you need to take one overview shot of the plant or a reasonable proportion of it, then a close-up. If you can't get flowers, then one showing whether the leaves are alternatively arranged or opposite on the stems can also be helpful, plus something showing hairiness as you did here is good. Keep trying, but look out for flowering!

HI Jackie - thank you for the comment, and I do try to look for flowering specimens but sadly not much was flowering at the time I was down for my walks!
Will keep trying for flowering specimens, as I try to get my head around finding and identifying plants.
