Not a lot to go on but could be Notelaea longifolia, Mock Olive.

Or N. venosa. Doesn't look hairy enough for longifolia. Or confirm it as Notelaea sp, if that's a category.

For Notelaea, look for the axillary buds - number, pointiness and hairyness.
This looks like N. longifolia, but could be N. venosa.
