It is either Zieria arborescens or Zieria caducibracteata. In both species, rubbed leaves have an unpleasant odour. The character that separates them in the Plantnet key is the paired bracts that enclose the developing flower clusters. In caducibracteata, they are boat-shaped and fall esrly, leaving a scar. In arborescens, they are leaf like and remain at the base of the cluster.
Both species can have white or pink flowers.
