Author's notes

The drought-induced drying of Y Swamp seems to have really given this weed a boost. There are hundreds or thousands of seedlings in the last 50-100 metres above George Bass Drive, as well as the large flowering plants. Photo 3 shows a small, broad-leafed seedling to the left of the older, narrow-leaved seedling, and all the yellow dots in the background are unfortunately flowers on mature plants.
