Author's notes
Growing on a powerline easement with Kunzea ambigua, Lepidosperma urophorum, on clay soil. Rosette leaves still present on the flowering plant.

Rosette leaves etc being present suggest Pterostylis concinna. Difficult to distinguish the labellum - any info?

Hi Mike, Acute tip, protruding in the set position. I asked David Jones to check out the sighting, and he says it is P. acuminata, which looks a better match than concinna based on the photos in Bishop.

Hmmm interesting - I would be expecting a longer and more visible labellum with more colouration. But colour is a trap! Thanks to you and DJ.

Yeah, it does say fawn tip to the galea in the books, but apart from that the shape is good. And the labellum is protruding a fair way, I just didn't get quite the right angle to show it.
