If you look at the gills you will notice they have a greyish tinge rather than the rust of a Cortinarius. It is a challenge trying to separate some of these different genera! This specimen is a 'little aged' but still shows enough characterisitics to indicate the species I've suggested. The cap is a bit weathered, but the gills and the colour of the stem.
