Large spreading fungi visible on the underside of a fallen acacia log.
The fungi had an almost metallic sheen to it which depending on the angle at which it was viewed.
Very healthy and recent growth.
This is a corticioid or skin fungus which unfortunately is not on the species list and I'm having trouble trying to log in to add it , sorry. Sometimes if you look at these with a handlense they may have tiny bumps or teeth or other interesting texture. It will be a saprtrophic (decomposer) fungus.
