Harvey P to check but culmen bulge 1/2 bill length and bill length > bill to back of eye.

I agree with Chris and Liam. There are a lot of features that suggest this is a Greater Sand Plover, including the long bill with distinctly pointed tip, the box-shaped head with large eye, the large amount of tibia showing and the legs being well back on the body.
